Our aim is to work with artists to achieve the best possible results.
Index Stock is always on the lookout for new and innovative artists to submit work including model released lifestyle, business, travel, science and medical. Due to the highly competitive market for stock imagery we are very selective about the types of work that we choose to take on. We specialize in high-end, creative imagery primarily orientated to advertising, business-to-business and the editorial and publishing markets.

Before submitting, please check our criteria below:
Digital Camera
- 10 megapixel or above
- No point and shoot cameras, they must be professional with interchangeable lenses
- Files to be captured in RAW, converted to TIFF (no shooting in JPEG)
- Do not upsize files, we want to see the original size always
Scanned Images
- Use only high quality scanners (drum is preferred)
- Files to be minimum of 50mb
- Do not use Digital Ice or other dust removing programs
If your technical specs meet with our criteria above, please send a submission of 50 images minimum, as per our Initial Submission Evaluation, along with our Artist Questionnaire. This must be filled in as we will not review your images without it.
